Absolutely phenomenal experience. Had a harrowing few days in Pittsburgh and I was so glad to be able to decompress at Indigo. Friendly staff, DELICIOUS breakfast, and extremely comfortable rooms. Showers were spacious and the provided toiletries were all premium. Plus unbeatable location and a great price to boot. Would give more stars if I could. Highly recommended!!!

I have stayed in this hotel three times. It has very large & unique rooms. I like the simple, yet art deco style. We have had extremely good service!!! I'm going to post pics of our room. Two nights cost less than $300. We also had to come in very early and they helped us with exceptional service to get into the room much earlier. Great weekend!!

The hotel is clean, the staff are wonderful, the breakfast is excellent (and, again, the staff are wonderful). The room is strangely a bit barren. The parking (valet) was unexpected; though the valet team was great. The location is mixed.

My son and I enjoyed our stay here. I think the only thing that makes this a 3-star hotel is the fact that it has a restaurant/bar. I expected more, but we didn’t experience any issues during our stay.

Very nice hotel! Desk staff were great when we came in and extremely friendly. Reggie was the cherry on top to our experience. Luckily we found street parking and saved that steep $35 valet charge. No carpeting in the room made it quite loud and echoed a lot. I felt like I was trying to be more quiet in the room than I am at my apartment. Hotel room was nice overall and very spacious.

Last minute unplanned trip! I live in Dallas Texas and haven’t been back to my Hometown of Pittsburgh PA for about 12 years. My father had been missing from my life since 2012. I only had about five days to try to locate my father and visit my friends and family and show my husband around my hometown. The hotel and hotel staff were so accommodating the whole time of my stay there. Even though it was a stressful trip every time I went back to the hotel and no matter who I ran into everybody was so kind and helpful. I did find my father praise God on the second day of my trip. ! So I felt like I celebrated my coming back home trip and finding my father trip with the entire hotel staff. The hotel is beautiful and relaxing. My room was big and spacious. The hotel food is delicious. The hotel valet I am so thankful for. Maintenance kitchen staff bar staff front desk. I’m telling you as I’m writing this now in Dallas, Texas I sure am missing Pittsburgh. You guys just made me feel so welcomed back home But I would like to thank Mackenzie Kramer this beautiful lady is a true treasure. I didn’t even have to tell her what I was there for when I ordered food at the bar I believe the second day I did share my story with her.. the first night we came in about 10 minutes before the kitchen closed and I was starving but yet she still brought me food without any complaint with a smile on her face and every day I got to see her just made my time at this hotel, even better. Thank you all at hotel indigo I am just praising you guys even in Texas. when I come back home to my hometown, I definitely will be staying back at this hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Indigo. It was centrally located to the universities, is new, clean and an amazing staff. We had one incident that was handled after a few phone calls to the friendly management. The unique decorations incorporate the history of the steel mills in that area. We will return.

Planned a trip to The Museum of Natural History for our son's birthday. The smiling staff was a welcome site after a long drive. The decor was Christmassy and inviting with music playing as we walked in. Room was roomy, clean and warm. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Assante, the valet was extremely kind and just fantastic. Bathroom was immaculate, well lighted, large mirror and plenty of counter space with a large shower. All soap bottles were full. Beds were clean, very comfortable and we slept well. I always pull sheets to check for bedbugs, saw none. Adequate charge ports and plug ins. Wifi worked well. We could have used more than one chair in the room. The concession area is expensive but adequate. No bottle of soda should be near $5. Breakfast did take about 45 minutes to arrive and we had to eat quickly to leave on time. Checkout was quick and simple. Hotel was close to the museum and more than adequate for our needs. Thank you.
